Getting your flowers to us.
Kindly contact our studio to confirm availability and to coordinate the delivery or collection of your flowers for preservation.
If you are located near our studio, you are welcome to deliver your flowers in person; however, please phone ahead so that we can ensure a staff member is available to receive them.07792 700298

To help ensure your flowers reach us in optimal condition, it is essential to prepare them carefully for transit. Flowers shipped to us from international locations are received safely when appropriate packaging procedures are followed.
If stems are exposed, wrap them in damp tissue paper in a plastic bag. Do not spray your flowers with water.
Required materials: a sturdy box, tissue paper/ kitchen roll, tape, and an indelible pen.
Line the bottom of the box with scrunched tissue paper to create a protective bed for the flowers.
The flowers need to be placed upwards when placing in the box
Do not include heavy objects or containers of water.
Gently layer additional dry crumpled tissue paper over the flowers for added protection. Do not use bubble wrap or plastic to protect the flowers in the box.
IMPORTANT Please enclose your contact information, specifying how you would like your flowers preserved, i.e. pressed or dried in three dimensions. It is crucial to note any sentimental items included that may not be immediately apparent, therefore list what items are contained in the box, e.g., Bridal Bouquet, Buttonhole.
We are unable to preserve extra arrangements unless they have been pre-booked. Please be aware that there is an additional fee for returning unframed flowers.
To ensure that nothing can fall out from the box, secure the box with the tape.
Clearly label the top of the box with the following:

For convenience, we recommend posting your flowers via Royal Mail. Please take them to your local post office before 3:00 p.m. and select a fast overnight service. Alternatively, you can arrange this online:
