Thank you for choosing us to preserve and frame your wedding flowers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

• A £165 deposit is required to secure your booking.  We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.

 

• If you cancel, your deposit is non-returnable, this is due to work having to commence as soon as you drop off your flowers with us.

 

• Ensure your flowers arrive at our studio in good condition. They can be hand delivered to the studio, local collection is available at an additional cost, or you may choose to use a third-party courier at your own risk. Do not send items/flowers that you want returned undisplayed. The following must be noted about your flowers before drop off:

 

1. Do not throw your bouquet as this bruises the flowers

2. If it is a hand tied bouquet, cut all the stems and place back into water prior to the meal ceremony to prevent wilting of the flowers

3. A shower or tear-drop bouquet must be placed somewhere cool until you drop off at the studio

 

• Flowers will be preserved immediately using chosen methods (pressed or dried). Changes cannot be made once preservation begins.

 

• The flowers preserved and displayed in frames is under protective glass/acrylic only. Left over items are not returned.

 

• We aim to preserve flowers to our highest standards but are not responsible for poor results due to the initial condition of the flowers. Understand the expected results before proceeding.

 

• Artistic interpretation is part of our work; not all flowers may be included if deemed detrimental to the display.

 

• Colour and texture changes are normal during preservation. View your flowers before framing if concerned about these changes. No refunds for dissatisfaction unless contract breach occurs.

 

• Colour enhancement may be applied at our artist’s discretion unless otherwise instructed.

 

• Replacement flowers can be purchased at approximately £40 per type, subject to seasonal price variations.

 

• If you do not want replacements, we will proceed with original flowers regardless of their condition.

 

• The preservation process takes approximately 16 to 18 weeks from confirmation of display choice.

 

• Our selected frames are best for preserving flowers; custom frames are available, but you cannot provide your own.

 

• If chosen frame mouldings are discontinued, we will seek the closest match and discuss alternatives with you.

 

• Final balance payment must be paid upon selection of the frame and within two weeks. Collections must occur within one month of completion.

 

• Hand collection only of all preserved flowers.

 

• Your picture will use conversation glass to filter UV light. Avoid displaying in direct sunlight, above heat sources, or in damp conditions to prevent deterioration.

 

• We are not liable for loss/damage due to uncontrollable events.

 

• Abusive language towards staff is unacceptable and may result in order cancellation.
